What We Collect

Business account details you give us at signup, the records your team creates in VGCCenter (contacts, notes, call summaries) and the transaction records needed to provide our services. Card numbers are never stored by VGCCenter.

How We Use It

Only to provide our services: answering calls for you, keeping your CRM, completing transactions, sending account notices and preventing fraud.

Who Can See It

Your team. Each business has a private workspace and no business can view another's contacts, transactions or reports. We do not sell personal information.

Customers of Our Businesses

If you are a customer of a business that uses VGCCenter, that business controls your information. Contact them to update or delete it.
